1. The ordering company must be a registered company from European Union. (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do)

2. All products prices are listed without VAT (Value Added Tax).

3. Saixo International / Revse reserves the right to adjust prices due to significant changes in exchange rate or to changes in import/export conditions.

4. Products with special price are not covered by discounts based on an order value. 

5. Customers beginning their cooperation with Saixo International / Revse are required to pay for ordered goods by money transfer (no extra charges) or VISA / MasterCard credit card through PayPal (we add 4,5% charge to transaction amount) in advance of the collection or shipping of goods.

6. Purchase order send through website is not valid until Sales Department confirmation.

7. The shipping of products from Saixo International / Revse regular offer is carried out immediately or according to the terms specified by the customer in his order. If immediate shipping is not possible, a sales assistant will contact the customer and negotiate alternative arrangements.

8. Ordered goods are shipped at the expense of the ordering company by a courier appointed by Saixo International / Revse.
